Give Thanks: Pt.2

I was asked to make a few thank you cards by a friend, so last night I put the headphones on, turned the music up, and went to work on them right away! With the arrival of Thanksgiving coming right up, I thought it was perfect.

 I chose a color palette of oranges, purple, and turquoise. I hope whoever receives these knows how much they are appreciated!....Do not forget the power of a simple thank you note!

Relay for Life Raffle!

Tomorrow at Citizens Federal Credit Union, here in Big Spring, a raffle will begin in conjunction with a bake sale to benefit The American Cancer Society and Relay for Life! The raffle winners will be chosen on the Friday, December 9. Tickets are $1 each or 5 for $4!.....if anyone is interested contact me or stop by Citizens!

Thanksgiving is approaching pretty fast and I couldn't be more excited!...I've created two greeting cards that are perfect for spreading thanks and gratitude!

Just Chillin'

It's November!.... Too bad the weather doesn't know it yet, with the 80 degree days we've been having here in West Texas. Slowly but surely it's getting a little chilly though. In hopes of hurrying up the cold weather so I can bundle up, strike up a fire, and pile on the blankets, I've chosen to showcase some knitted goodness! These beautiful pieces and photographs come via Emmadime Knitted, a talented girl who is also a fellow Texan, currently residing in Dallas....even more reason to support, right?!...Ooh, I really want the mustard yellow scarf!
